Elemental Movement for Your Evolution

Below are the core elements that shape how your body moves, adapts, and feels over time. Rather than isolating one issue or chasing a single outcome, this approach looks at how these elements can alchemize together.

Breath And Regulation

Your breath can enhance or disrupt movement flow. Learning to regulate your breathing allows us to create more ease of movement and gives our body enhanced capabilities.

Posture And Alignment

Posture is where we reflect our deepest stories, both good and bad. How you carry yourself is a reflection of how you feel about yourself. Alignment is stepping into a new story and a new you.

Balance And Stability

Balance is not only about standing on one leg or doing some impressive hand balancing act. Instead, it’s about learning how to flow from one state to another. This means shifting based on what the body needs to create stability.

Movement Fundamentals

Walk, Squat, Hinge, crawl, Jump, Get Up / Get down, These patterns create adaptability and real-world strength.

Discomfort And Capacity

You will be pushed out of your comfort zone, this is required to create change however this doesn’t have to be scary it can actually be freeing. You get to write your own story.

Awareness And Change

Paying attention changes everything. Noticing patterns, habits, and reactions allows the body to adapt without force. Awareness is what ties all the elements together and has a positive force in your world.

The goal here is to restore the connection between body and mind so that strength, resilience, and confidence can emerge naturally.

Meet Seth Budai

Welcome! I’m Seth Budai, a movement coach with over 15 years of experience working closely with the body and how it adapts over time.

I hold more than a dozen specialized certifications and have spent thousands of focused hours in one-on-one sessions helping people build strength, restore confidence, and reconnect with their bodies. In addition to working directly with clients, I have mentored other trainers, helping raise the standard of care, skill, and professionalism in the field. I’ve also served as a Team Instructor for MovNat, a Development Coach for Iron Tribe Fitness, and competed at a high level as a San-Shou kickboxer.

  • Traditional personal training often focuses on sets, reps, and external goals. This work focuses on how your body moves, feels, and responds.

  • This work is for people who want a deeper, more thoughtful approach to movement. You’re curious and open-minded about how the body connects to your mind and soul. It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a fast-paced, high-intensity workout or a session spent ‘pumping iron’ and high-fiving. But I will give you a fist bump as you meet your challenges.

  • Yes. Many people come to The Elemental Trainer because they’re dealing with pain, old injuries, or fear around movement. The focus is on rebuilding trust, restoring movement patterns, and helping the body integrate strength safely.

  • There is no expectation that you have lots of experience with personal training or other systems of movement. I.e.No fitness background needed. This work meets you where you are.
