Training The Whole System

The Elemental Trainer is built on the belief that the body is intelligent. It holds your story plus the stories you tell it. The body also responds when we pay attention to the whole: body, mind, and soul. When these elements are working together, progress begins.

Explore What You’re Capable Of Inside Our 1:1 Sessions

In a 1:1 sessions we begin with a check-in. We talk about how you’re feeling, where your energy is, and any progress or barriers since our last session.

Once we have tuned in, we work within the core elements:

  • We work with basic human movements like walking, squatting, hinging, and getting up from the ground.

  • We work on how your body responds when things shift, load increases, or the ground feels less predictable.

  • Over time, confronting discomfort burns away old stories we tell ourselves and builds confidence in our ability to handle effort without fear.

  • Learning how to breathe before or during movement supports focus, steadiness, and a calmer nervous system.

  • Posture improves as your body becomes more organized through movement, breath, and attention.

  • Noticing what’s happening in your body and mind allows change to happen naturally. Awareness helps you recognize patterns and make small adjustments that lead to lasting progress.

Asheville
Fitness That Evolves With You

Group sessions bring people together to practice movement, build strength, and learn through shared experience. The focus stays on quality of movement and awareness. You’ll be guided, challenged, and supported in a way that still leaves room to listen to your own body.

Workshops offer a deeper dive into specific themes. These may focus on movement fundamentals, breath and regulation, balance, or learning how to work with discomfort in a safe and intentional way.

Both formats are held in person as a community effort.

FAQs

  • If you have ever done personal training this is the next level. Movement Training is a path where all other paths converge. Your physical fitness, your mental fortitude, your emotional regulation, your spiritual alignment.

  • Breath affects how your body handles effort, stress, and recovery.

I use breath as a tool to support movement, not as a separate practice. It’s all interconnected: mind, body, and soul.

  • I work carefully around pain while helping you rebuild trust and capacity over time. Sessions are adjusted based on how your body responds, and the focus stays on restoring movement patterns and confidence.

  • Progress looks different for everyone.

Many people notice changes in how they feel and move within the first few weeks. Deeper changes in strength, confidence, and resilience build over time with consistent work.

  • Progress isn’t measured by numbers or inches or PR’s around here. It’s also not always linear. Menstrual cycles, stress, and life changes can all affect progress.

We instead tune in to how your body feels, how you move, and how confident you are in daily life. Things like fewer pain days, better balance, easier movement, and greater trust in your body are all meaningful signs of progress.
